Poison ivy and other poisonous plants

  • The utmost care will be taken when working with the vines. All leaves will be removed. The roots will be dug out to the best ability. All materials will be taken off the property and properly disposed of.
  • Pricing starts at $50 ‘a pull’ or by the single vine leading back into the ground. If the vine in question is on the smaller side, combinations will be considered.
  • Larger areas that have many vines can only be priced once the extraction starts but an estimate can be given.
  • The price of service includes the labor, materials, risk and after care.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the plant will not return. If vine returns, refunds will not be provided as removal is a service not an item.

When poison ivy is found during a different service, Gardenland will alert the client and ask for consent to charge accordingly. Then remove said small pull when applicable. If said patch is too large for immediate removal, or client does not consent, Gardenland will only create a perimeter around the patch or pull.

Final thoughts

Alice is a honest, creative, hard working woman that loves dirt, plants, making people happy and proud of their landscaping. She is not a Biologist, she is not a Botanist, she is not a Horticulturist. What she is, is grateful to have found her passion and looks forward to building a career doing what she loves. Gardenland works with a smile, because she finally has found what she loves to do.
